World Back Up Day

World Back Up Day is coming up on the 31st March.

A back up is a second copy of all your important files — for example, your documents, files, emails and photos.

Instead of storing it all in one place (like your computer), you keep another copy of everything somewhere safe.

What would happen if your data was completely lost?

Did you know…

…that losing your files is a lot more common than most people think?

…that 30% of people have never backed up their data?

…29% of disasters are caused by accident?

…1 in 10 computers is infected with viruses each month?

As you can imagine back up’s are important to us.

At Outsource, we have built our business around customer needs and decided our customers deserved IT that doesn’t break, resulting in the evolution of our innovative Fully Managed Contract (FMC). This offers an unparalleled level of service based on three core customer pillars, Recovery, Security and Performance.

The first and most important pillar of our Fully Managed Contract is recovery. Every business should have a disaster recovery plan to guarantee that they can get your data back and ensure business continuity.

Our FMC is based on us designing and implementing the most appropriate technological solution for our customers’ business needs, both for today and tomorrow. We constantly invest in new and better technology, we pro-actively monitor, maintain and repairs customer devices 24/7/365 remotely where possible, before and without the customer even knowing on many occasions, or on site if appropriate.

In 2018 our FMC offering has continued to evolve as we find and utilise more cutting-edge technology to support our customers and whilst other IT MSP’s will undoubtedly try to replicate elements of our FMCs our objective remains to be the pack leader, not follower.

Back Ups Matter.
