Cookie policy

Which cookies this website sets, what each one does, how long it lasts and how to change your mind about analytics cookies.

About this policy

This policy explains the cookies osgroup.co.uk sets, what each one does and how long it lasts. The website is run by Outsource Solutions (NI) Ltd, trading as Outsource. For how we handle personal information more generally, including your rights and how to contact us, see our privacy policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. The site reads them again as you move from page to page, or when you come back, so it can remember things about your visit.

The cookies this site uses

The first three cookies below are needed for the site to work and are always set. The Google Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Cookies needed for the site to work

The session and XSRF-TOKEN cookies are set by the website itself. They hold no information about who you are, and they expire two hours after your last visit to a page. The os_consent cookie only records the choice you made on the cookie banner, so the banner does not ask you again on every page. The law allows these cookies without asking first, because the site cannot work properly without them.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are read most and how people find us. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics only sets its cookies if you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Before you choose, and if you reject analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive a basic, cookie-free signal that a page was viewed, which it uses to estimate visitor numbers without recognising you from one visit to the next.

Google may process analytics information in the United States. Our privacy policy explains how that information is protected.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you reject analytics cookies after accepting them, we remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the cookies needed for the site to work, the contact form will not send.

Other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Vimeo. These are ordinary links rather than embedded content, so those sites do not set cookies through this website. Once you follow a link, the other site's own cookie policy applies.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the cookies the site uses change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
