support session.

If one of our team has asked you to start a remote support session, download the small program for your device, open it, and read out the 9‑digit number it shows.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01Download the programChoose your device from the list. On a phone or tablet, install the Splashtop SOS app.
  2. 02Open itRun the program you downloaded. It shows a 9‑digit number.
  3. 03Read out the numberGive the number to the person helping you, so they can connect to your device.
  4. 04Quit when you are doneWhen the session is over, quit the program. Your device cannot be accessed again until you download and run it again.
